what is not good to eat when breastfeeding
As I said in what is good to eat while breastfeeding, healthy and balanced diet is very important for you and your baby. During breastfeeding you need additional 300 -500 calories per day.
Now that you are out of pregnancy sickness, you might feel like eating anything. But for the baby's development nutritious food is very important.
My personal suggestion would be to avoid all the below in the same order of importance
Drinking alcohol
Smoking
Junk foods
Deep fried /oily stuffs
Fish with mercury
Raw meat
Raw eggs
Also, check with your medical adviser before taking any medication for any illness.All the best for you and your baby...
