Food when breastfeeding

Almost your diet will continue as you were during your pregnancy...But don't worry too much...your body is already prepared for this for months now...

All the do and don't  of pregnancy follows you here, as you were serving your baby within you earlier and now outside. However you are the source of energy and your food is the food for the baby.

Healthy and balanced food, fiber rich, calcium, fruits, vegetables, lot of water all goes with you.

Another Tip, follow your prenatal supplement until you wean your baby, it is good for you and your baby.

Your chances for dehydration and constipation are very high. it will get you very tired. Drink lot of water or you can drink one or two doses of fat free milk to boost up your energy. This helps your milk supply.
